Hi, I'm Rachel! What you’re searching for is the exact reason why I built Donaldson & Co. in the first place.

A genuine partner. Someone who sees your business the same way you do, the potential, the gaps, the vision, and actually cares to make it even better.

That's the thing about being an ENFP who happens to also be obsessed with systems: I'm wired to care deeply and think strategically. I genuinely get excited about your big ideas because it allows me to build the infrastructure needed to make them a reality.

After over 9 years of working with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and creators, I've learned that the businesses that scale effortlessly aren't the ones with the most hustle. They're the ones with the right support in the right places.

I started Donaldson & Co. because I kept seeing incredibly brilliant people stuck doing tedious tasks that limited them from leveling up. Admin that drained them. Content creation that felt like pulling teeth. Systems and operations that exist entirely in their heads (and nowhere else).

My job is to change that. Creatively, efficiently, and with a level of care that makes it feel like I've been part of your team for years.
